Courier & Postage in SA

How do we get your order to you?

Here are the shipping options that will appear on Checkout.  If you are unsure of anything at anytime, please give us a call!

OPTION 1 - Postage

Postage costs R50 to all centres, but if your order is over R500 it is free.  All orders that are posted will need to be collected from the post office counter. Once your notification slip has been delivered to the address provided (PO Box or Physical) you can go into the post office and collect the parcel.  We will also email you a tracking number that you can track online, when you see that the parcel has arrived at your post office, you can simply take the tracking number to the post office to collect.

OPTION 2 - Courier to Major Centres

Courier to major centres costs R78 for orders under R500 or free if your order is over R500. Your goods will be delivered to your door 1-4 days from placing your order, please be sure to use an address where there is someone to take delivery between 8am - 5pm on weekdays.  Another person can take delivery on your behalf, but will need to sign for the parcel.  Currently these are our major centres (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth, East London, Pietermaritzburg, Polokwane, Nelspriut, Bloemfontein, George and Stellenbosch).

OPTION 3 - Courier to Outlying Towns

Courier to outlying towns is R90 regardless of the order value.  We only deliver to 'in town' addresses, no small holdings or farms. We do not courier large items such as Salad Bowls, Cheese Boards or Large Vinyls to outlying towns, a delivery surcharge will be charged should the address be remote or the parcel too large. Please inquire if you are unsure.

Any special delivery or product requests must be typed into the 'Comments' box when checking out. We are very flexible.

We just want to ensure that you have access to our beautiful range of products and can enjoy your online shopping experience with us :)

PLEASE NOTE: CAMDEN will not be held responsible for any delays caused by the couriers or postal service. We also do not recommend the Post Office and would prefer our customers to choose Courier where possible.
